Little Elm Council schedules work session to discuss Town Center

In a work session planned for Tuesday the Little Elm Town Council will discuss a timeline and scope of services for the Eldorado Overlay District and the Town Center form-based code.
Dennis Wilson with Townscape will be at the work session to review the scope of services and timelines for the two projects.
The form-based code standards will promote mixed use, multi-use streets, and distinctive architecture among other things.
The work session will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the council conference room in Little Elm Town Hall.
