Traffic wreck claims life in Flower Mound

A male driver was killed in a two-vehicle wreck Friday afternoon in west Flower Mound. At the time of this report, his age was not known.
Police dispatch received a call about 4:05 p.m. of a wreck on the 10400 block of Cross Timbers Road, between Tour 18 Drive and Hwy. 377.
According to reports from the town, the driver of a Dodge Durango, which was heading eastbound, died after a head-on collision with a cement truck, which was traveling westbound.
FM 1171 to eastbound and westbound traffic was shut down. All eastbound 1171 traffic was diverted north and south on 377.
