Music producer speaks at Collin College Monday
Staff Reports
The commercial music program at Collin College welcomes nationally recognized music producer Rocky Gribble to speak about professional musicianship and opry music at 7 p.m. Monday at the Preston Ridge Campus Event Center, 9700 Wade Blvd., Frisco. This event is free and open to the public.
Gribble is president of Yellow Rose Productions. He has produced the internationally known Grapevine Opry since 1987.
Before he turned fourteen, Gribble was making weekly television appearances on a country music show in Lubbock. His abilities on electric lead guitar, acoustic rhythm guitar, nylon string classical guitar, five string banjo and mandolin keep him busy contributing to the music of countless singers, songwriters, local, regional and national commercial jingles, ad campaigns and trade shows.
