Chamberlain Performing Arts will host its annual Sweetheart Ball from 6-9 p.m. This father/daughter dinner dance will feature entertainment by a DJ, as well as a buffet dinner complete with an ice cream sundae bar and hot chocolate. To make reservations call 972-985-1374.
The Plano Newcomer Women’s Club will present a program by artisan chocolatier Stacy Johnson at 9:30 a.m. Samples will be given out to the audience.

The Newcomer Friends of Greater Plano 9th Annual Valentine’s Tea will be from 9:15 a.m.-noon. Tables are decorated by members with their own dishes, linens and centerpieces.
