VERUS Real Estate hired to lease new medical office complex

VERUS Real Estate Advisors today announced that it has been hired by Landcore Development to lease a new medical office complex in Flower Mound.
The property will be known as the Timbercreek Medical Park and located next to the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound.
“Landcore is excited to be working with the VERUS team on the Timbercreek Medical Park development,” said Mike Silvaggio, Landcore Development partner. “We are pleased that this project will provide some much needed space for this hospital, its physicians and the Town of Flower Mound.”
Landcore is the developer of the 22 acres directly adjacent to the north of the hospital, which offers direct access on FM 2499.
The project will feature a 3-acre park for patients and staff to enjoy as well as covered parking for physicians. Landcore will provide construction on the first 60,000 square-foot, three-story building will be next to the hospital and should be complete by Summer 2011.
