WEB EXCLUSIVE: Ryan Ford commits to Texas

Plano West graduate and four-year starting first baseman Ryan Ford confirmed that he has committed to continue his career on the diamond at Texas.
Ford, who was also drafted by the Houston Astros last week, completed his varsity career Friday afternoon when the Wolves lost to Klein, 4-3, in the Class 5A State Semifinals.
Ford made his official commitment to the Longhorns on Monday night.
