Dallas Christian girls, boys pick up wins on basketball court
The Dallas Christian girls basketball team improved to 7-4 on the season with a 46-24 victory over Carrollton Christian Academy on Tuesday.
The Chargers allowed only two points in the first quarter and led 18-9 at halftime. Dallas Christian was in control through three quarters and then put it away in the fourth with a 17-7 run.
Hunter Cauley led the Chargers with 12 points, with Melanie Johnson and Molly Witherspoon scoring 10 and seven points, respectively.
