May Technique Classes at Williams-Sonoma at Stonebriar Centre

May Technique Classes at Stonebriar Centre offer ideas for celebrating events from Mother’s Day to Memorial weekend. Here’s the schedule:
Saturday, May 5 at 9:30 a.m. NO RULES BRUNCH. Brunch is the ideal way to entertain whether it is a simple springtime get-together or celebrating Mother’s Day. Attendees will learn how to create new recipes that will impress your guests, serve brunch mocktails such as coffee spritzers and frozen drinks and create healthy and delicious recipes with spring produce.
FOR KIDS AND DADS: Saturday, May 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. CUPCAKE FOR MOM. During this special kids’ workshop, children and dads are invited to come for a hands-on cupcake decorating event where kids can decorate a delicious cupcake to present to Mom on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13. There is no charge to attend, but space is limited and reservations are recommended. Call (972) 712-9455.
Saturday, May 26 at 9:30 a.m. VITAMIX! The chefs’ blender, the Vitamix, is the one seen on television. This powerful machine makes amazing transformations in minutes, from minced veggies and pureed hot soups to froths and frozen desserts. The class will show how to make the most of Vitamix and will demonstrate the newest Vitamix.
