Three capture seats on Sunnyvale council

Saji George secured 768 votes (25.57 percent), Ronnie Henderson 584 votes (19.44 percent) and Jim Wade 547 votes (18.21 percent) to win the Sunnyvale Town Council race, with all 17 precincts reporting. The other candidates, John Bailey (15.38 percent), Rajan Mepuram Philip (9.69 percent), Dale Graves (3.99 percent) and Jean Holt (7.72 percent) were unable to catch the three winners, who lead from the beginning of the race.
