Dear Editor,
This letter is to recognize the Celina Record, particularly Penny Rathbun, who covers many Celina events with her professionally written articles.
We need to thank our Postmaster Gwen Koskiner and postal clerk Natalie Lee and remind residents to use our local post office to avoid it being closed. Also note how well the landscape is kept.
We need to thank our city employees who don't always get the recognition they deserve for a job well done.

" Yes thanks so much to the public works. I see them out there all the time in all kinds of weather. Its always the workers that keep the heart of this city beating. Thank you Waste Water, Water, and Streets. You are an example of those that are overlooked. You are appreciated. I hope your managers feel the same. "
