The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) has released a Passenger Satisfaction Survey to gather input on its current performance and to identify additional ways to provide improved passenger information. An English and Spanish version is available online at RideDCTA.net.

The brief survey focuses on DCTA customer service and is also being used to collect information regarding the different technology platforms and devices passengers utilize to obtain passenger information. DCTA is currently working to implement new technology in order to improve the passenger's ability to purchase tickets and obtain passenger information electronically.

"We want to continue providing quality transportation services with a high level of customer service to our passengers. The feedback received from our survey will help the agency gauge the level of customer service being provided and make improvements where necessary to ensure our passengers have a pleasant experience while riding DCTA services," Jim Cline, DCTA President said.

The survey is available in English and Spanish from bus operators, train conductors, at the Downtown Denton Transit Center Customer Service office or online at RideDCTA.net until Feb. 22. The results from the survey will be presented to the Board of Directors in March.
